Schedule 3: Build responsibility acknowledgement

The authorised representative ticks each statement separately in the portal before first use. Each tick is recorded.

• I understand Empwr provides education, templates and a platform. Empwr does not build, host, secure or maintain my firm's apps.
• Everything my firm builds, installs or tailors, including Vault Tools and AI-generated code, is my firm's responsibility.
• Before any app uses client data or is relied on in client work, my firm will get independent IT security and development advice, test it, and have a qualified person review its outputs.
• My firm remains responsible for its TPB, APESB, Privacy Act, AML/CTF and other legal and professional obligations. No Vault Tool makes us compliant.
• My firm holds and pays for its own Claude, GitHub, Supabase, Vercel or Lovable, Xero and other accounts, and follows their terms.
• My firm will not upload client data to Empwr's systems, community or support channels.
• My firm will check with its insurers that using self-built software in client work is covered.
• I am authorised to accept this agreement for my firm.
