Schedule 4: Authorised user terms

Every person who logs in to the Platform or joins a Program session accepts these terms on first login.

1. You use Empwr for your firm. Your access comes through your firm's agreement with Empwr and ends when it ends or when you leave the firm.
2. Keep your login to yourself. Don't share it, and use multi-factor authentication on every account you connect.
3. Empwr Materials stay Empwr's. Use the course, recordings, templates and Vault Tools only for your firm. Don't share them outside it or put them in a public repository.
4. Keep confidences. Treat information other members share in sessions, the community or the Vault as confidential. Never share client-identifying information in the community.
5. Follow the acceptable use rules in clause 9.1 of the main agreement.
6. Feedback. Ideas and suggestions you give Empwr become Empwr's to use freely.
7. Recordings. You consent to Program sessions being recorded and used within the Program for members.
8. Moral rights. You consent to Empwr editing, packaging and crediting your Feedback and any tools you help contribute, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Your personal information is handled under Empwr's Privacy Policy at [URL].
10. Confidentiality continues after your access ends.
